We needed someone to come do an escrow pest inspection, and to hopefully seek continuous service. Adam was phenomenal across the board. He was incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. From the start, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. But Adam sealed the deal for us. We highly recommend their services, and will be using them exclusively going forward. Their prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service, knowledge and all around experience.
DO NOT CONTACT HAWX!!!! They called me 17 times the day that I contacted them- insane. The guy I talked to quoted me an insane price and hung up on me! I then started getting a ton of spam texts- I suspect that they sold my contact information. Horrible experience and now I am getting inundated with spam.
So I was supposed to have my first service today. And they cancel last minute without calling me .. to tell me why or asked to reschedule. They just sent an email.. not a good loook ,, and big red flag for first time customer. So I will definitely be calling Monday to cancel service

Sad to say but unfortunately it’s pretty bad customer service. No confirmation after the initial excitement, typical customer service. I had to call in 5 times. Nothing fruitful. Definitely not entertaining after this experience
