Reviews
The initial job was already completed. I signed up for a membership so that they could come out quarterly for routine pest control. They were very quick to respond and came out in the same week. Final report was professionally done with pictures. Very reasonably priced as well!
Had my first service today and the technician, Tony, was thorough and professional
Did a good job. Was here on time maybe even here before time.
Started out fine but now can’t get them in the schedule. Supposed to be quarterly and last time I tried to book they canceled and tried to reschedule when it didn’t work for us. Disappointed so far
My pro was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions.
This company has the worst online reviews I have ever seen. It's a national company, not local. They are a high pressure sales company and keep harassing me with calls and texts. They even emailed me a contract and assumed I was gonna e-sign it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Benjamin was a little early, which was great! He was very aware of not bringing any dirt from outside into the house. He explained what he would be doing and was very thorough. All in all a great experience from a very friendly and professional employee.
They never showed up to my scheduled appointment. And communication was extremely sluggish.
Had an appointment for 8/28/2021 and they never showed or called. The technician on the phone said they were running late and never came.
