Hiring Amber is the best decision you can make for your event! She’s attentive, well-organized, and handled the variety of challenges of my south asian engagement party with elegance. I had ~215 guests at my engagement party and was only able to spend time with my family, friends, and fiancé because I knew I could lean on Amber to make the day memorable and magical. Amber and her assistant Renata are spectacular, kind-hearted women that are capable of managing large teams, crowd control, and all sorts of vendors. For a “DIY” wedding, I was really amazed and thankful that we got to simply relax, enjoy our time with our guests and make every second count instead worrying about setup and cleanup. Amber was absolutely amazing to work with. She eased my wedding planning worries and helped me feel at ease leading up to our wedding. She communicated efficiently with all our vendors and with us prior to our wedding. She was the main point of contact for vendors on our wedding day, so that we could fully enjoy ourselves and be in the moment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Amber was such an unbelievable asset to us on our wedding day. A month beforehand, I realized how badly I needed someone to help me get everything done. That's when Amber came in and confidently took control. She checked in on every detail with each vendor, created a detailed plan of action, and helped me create the perfect ceremony layout. She was behind the scenes during our wedding day— directing, decorating, and perfecting. I was able to spend stress-free precious moments with my family and friends thanks to her efforts. Multiple friends and family came to me to comment on what an outstanding job she was doing (and how unbelievably hard she was working) to make everything perfect! Many were shocked to find out that she was only one person. I cannot recommend Amber enough. She is a bright woman with a passion for event planning who isn't afraid to step up and make things happen!
Amber was absolutely a joy to work with! I planned the wedding with the bride, and we hired Amber as Day of Coordinator. But she contributed much more! She is extremely knowledgeable, prepared, professional, forward-thinking, sweet, fun, considerate, calm and collected, hard-working, and a great leader. She helped us tie up a ton of loose ends in the last couple weeks. Amber was persistent in working out vendor issues that popped up at the end and day of, and helped ensure their compliance with contractual obligations. She fought for us, and the day was beautiful and seamless. I would absolutely hire her and work with her again and again!
We hired Amber as our wedding coordinator and it was THE best investment in our big day! She knew the vision I had for our wedding and kept it in mind while orchestrating the most relaxing and fun event for us. She is hands down THE best and would highly recommend!!
Amber was always there every step of the way. Without her our wedding would’ve been a stressful disaster. Everyone was saying how unlucky we were because everything that could go wrong, went wrong a week before the wedding. The only luck that happened was the fact that we found Amber after said week! To start off, we had to change our venue a week before the wedding. Then, the weather took a turn for the worse and it was pouring down rain the day of. Amber literally came up with a “plan B” two hours before the wedding (outdoor ceremony turned indoors). Even with such limited time she was able to pull everything off flawlessly. The wedding went from a potential disaster to the BEST WEDDING EVER! We had an amazing time and so did the guests! Everyone really loved her work ethic and was wondering where we found such an awesome coordinator! She really went above and beyond to help us. She kept us on schedule the entire night and made sure we weren’t stressed. We’re sure she put out plenty of fires that night without us knowing! We could go on about how amazing she was but it might turn this review into a novel. She was definitely our saving grace! ❤️ P.S. She helped decorate so attached images are some of her creative work.
I feel so fortunate to have scored Amber for my day of coordinator. I cannot say enough good things about her and would HIGHLY recommend her! I got comments from my family, friends, and vendors about how amazing and wonderful she was! Driving away with my new husband we both felt that Amber was incredibly affordable for the value she provided and we sent her a tip on the spot as a thank you for how AMAZING she was at making our day run so smoothly! About 6 weeks before my wedding I realized that every time I pictured my wedding day it was full of people looking to me for direction. I would rather be focused on experiencing this special event rather than directing it so I began searching for a day of coordinator. From the first phone call, Amber was so easy to talk to. Amber offered recommendations and advice on everything from the timeline to the floor plan to how to handle the seating of recently divorced parents. I could tell I was in the hands of an experienced professional and that took a weight off my shoulders. Hiring her was the BEST decision I made! I had DIY everything - decorations, appetizers, photo booth, Spotify music playlist, rented sound equipment with my brother as DJ, etc and Amber worked to make sure that the reception area was stunning and gave my brother cues for announcements. There was one moment during the father/daughter dance that I was done dancing up there alone and ready for the other fathers and daughters to join us, I gave Amber a “help” look and she quickly understood and cued my brother make the announcement early. She truly anticipated every need. Amber somehow was everywhere at once. She was on top of everything and kept the day running smoothly. She brought my man and I drinks during the reception, helped the service staff serve the cake, assisted the photographer with checking off the many family photos I had requested, and made sure everything I brought was packed up and given to my family and friends after the wedding. When my matron of honor had nausea hit right before walking down the aisle, Amber improvised immediately. There’s nothing a wedding day can throw at Amber that she can’t take care of. I had the best day of my life worry free knowing she was there! Thank you so so so much Amber! Amber is as good as it gets. I had a 75 person wedding and hired her about 2 weeks prior to my big day. Upon first meeting, she was professional and timely and consulted with me about the small details. She composed diagrams and a timeline, and confirmed with all my vendors the week of, which allowed us to relax on our pre wedding trip. If you think that you don't need a DOC, think again. I've been in the event planning industry for over 10 years but it's totally different when it's your own wedding. If I asked someone to do something I was being a "bridezilla". But when it came from Amber, they listened and it was done, no questions asked. On the day of, Amber was everywhere and nowhere at the same time (which is EXACTLY what you want in a DOC). I didn't have bridesmaids so she fixed my train at the altar. Then she carried my long train thru the brush and grass for photos while simultaneously holding my water and setting off smoke bombs for photos. If I needed her, she was only a text message away. She kept us on schedule and ensured we looked good, felt good, and didn't have to worry about anything the whole evening. We have twin 4 year olds and she entertained them during our first dance and scooped my son's 💩 off the dancefloor when he had an accident. All the while she was snapping photos and videos so we could reminisce the next morning (neither myself nor my husband had our phones/cameras on us so this was extremely appreciated). Amber is amazing and sweet and a phenomenal coordinator while also affordable! I cannot recommend her enough. She TRULY cared about our event and it showed. Honestly, idk what we would've done without her. Thanks again, girl. You rock!
