Lexi showed up on time, efficiently got the work done (hanging two wall-mount TV's); and even went to the store to get a new doorhandle that was recently broken.....and installed it! I highly recommend Lexi for household repairs. She knows what needs to be done.....and she does it! I will definitely be calling her again.

My daughter is a single mom in Hyde Park, NY. I am a disabled retired home remodeler living a thousand miles away. When I first contacted HD clean homes they responded immediately for her task at my daughter's house. They completed the job and billed me for their service. The next day my daughter discovered a very large hornet nest above her door. They put this as a priority to keep her safe and immediately got there with they're busy schedule and attended to it. This made me feel very safe and confident that I had someone to go to for my daughter's needs. Now once again I have contacted them to do a repair on her front entry door. Their response was immediately on a Sunday that they could take care of this for me. I highly recommend them...TY Dean
Communication started off well but in the end they did not follow through. Wasted a Friday afternoon without anyone coming. Despite promising to reschedule for Saturday I heard nary a peep from them and wound up finding a different way to get the job done
How about they turn up? Instead of lying they were coming 3 times I’m concerned as they have our address and phone number but they never turned up I have no idea of who they are. They never actually called me and spoke to me. It was weird all through text so I have no idea who I was communicating with. I am concerned
Mike and Owen knew just how to do several small projects which I was not able to. Mike put together two Wayfair nightstands, hung several heavy pictures and a mirror, and left everything spotless; Owen attached several shelves to the wall and changed a bunch of lightbulbs in our old, somewhat fragile house. I liked them so much, I hired them to clean my house, and found that Lexi and Madison are also great!
I communicated for two days with this company just to get moving boxes removed from my home. I was quoted a time and price. The communication was triangulated because the owner. Hannah, while friendly, was sketchy about “her assistant” who she was trying to get ahold of. In the end, nothing she promised actually happened. She said her guys would be there at 10 am to cart broken down boxes away for $150. The guy who finally contacted me said he’d come at 5 pm for $375. After two days of communication, Hannah ghosted me after I confronted her about the bait and switch. I assume she was trying to outsource the job but it was beyond frustrating and I ended up having to start from scratch to find a different person to cart away the boxes. Use this co. at your own risk.
Dan and his family are lovely! He accommodated all my schedule changes due to weather. We had to have a whole house deep clean to prep for sale and they did amazing work! Team of 4 tackled every room and Dan gave me soo many tips about things around the house. He worked with me regarding fragrance to minimize the smell since I am sensitive. One of the gals noticed a missing floor tile in the kitchen and replaced it when she found the spare tiles! These are the attention to detail attributes you want in a house cleaner! It was so nice sitting on a couch watching all this work! They did not waste time, coordinated tasks well between themselves and were an absolute delight to work with. On Day 2, they came back to clean the gutters and give one shower door a sand down and removed years of calcium deposits! WOW! Pleasant and friendly and thorough. Definitely will continue to use Dan for some other projects he also can handle! What a delightful business! Thanks Dan and family!

I truly appreciate Heather and this business. They showed up when they said they would and Heather was in constant communication with me. Lack of communication is one of the things I found rampant when asking for services to be done at your home. Unlike those other ones, Heather always responded quickly With the information I needed. Highly recommend.
