Heather was wonderful for our outdoor yoga session with 7 girls! She responded to my message right away and was more than happy to drive out to Dundee. She taught a lovely vinyasa that was challenging but still easy enough for the newer yogis to follow. Overall an amazing experience!

About Heather Lyn Yoga
Hello my name is Heather and I love teaching yoga and helping people find a connection with mind, body, and spirit. Our hour long session will include pranayama (breathe work), asana (physical movement) and time for meditation/ reflection. All classes can be customized to align with your yoga goals. I love teaching outside so weather permitting we can meet at a local park or in your home. I am currently available after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. I do travel a lot so I am not currently taking on clients that want to meet every week. I look forward to meeting you.
