We were communicating about my graduation party for a week. Heather would take very long to respond, but it was okay because I know life is busy sometimes. Throughout conversations about my party, we got all the way to her asking for payment and I asked do I pay now or later and she never responded. Couple days later when I reached back out she then told me she was unavailable for that date! I had canceled other planners because Heather confirmed, yet misled me to believe she was available. Very upsetting and unprofessional!
