Rabah was absolutely amazing! He came out for what I thought was just a routine AC maintenance visit, but he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, clean my unit and the motor, and explain exactly what he found. What I appreciated most was that he never came across as pushy or like a salesperson. He simply explained what needed attention, what he recommended, and let me make my own decision.
