Ryan Hege responded to my request of his lawn mowing service in one day after being left hanging by another suggested lawn service by Thumbtack. Ryan did an actual physical estimate with a very affordable, acceptable amount compared to others. Ryan was very responsive to my needs and fulfilled his service in a professional manner. He fulfilled his service on the day and time that he promised.

Hege Enterprises and Ryan are a wonderful resource, so thankful I found them! Excellent work ethic, very professional, prompt, courteous, and meticulous in their work. They were asked to remove all of the leaves that have fallen from a LOT of trees in a large open area, and also around hardscaped areas and bushes. Ryan and his crew knocked the job out quickly and efficiently, and followed all requested directions. Will DEFINITELY hire again! 🏆
Our landscaping experience with Ryan was terrible. He was asked to put in borders around trees and garden, remove weeds and some bushes and trimming some shrubs, and mulch everything. Every area that he did not use stones for border was supposed to be edged. And asked to make circles around trees symmetrical and basically improve the appearance of borders . He removed bushes, trimmed okay, and mulched, but very carelessly. We had to fix all areas with borders, as they were sloppy and uneven, still in the process of removing weeds that came back a few days after he left, and fixing sloppy mulch job. Also he edged nothing, just threw mulch carelessly in gardens. We are still working on fixing everything! He originally told us he would be here in a month, but did not start job until almost 2 and a half months later. He forget some things asked to do , as I questioned him writing things down to remember. He came the first time while we were on vacation. The second time he came was a week later, he did fix some trimming I requested, but completed job was overall terrible. I didn't realize how bad it was until later, as we started working on gardens. I did contact him about it and he basically said he did the best he could, and he's so busy without help, he works as fast as he can to get work done.
