There were some scheduling issues that were apparently out of their control. Jonny did a good job on the main living areas; they look significantly cleaner than before. However, after the carpet dried, it looked crusty. We vacuumed it and a lot of dirty came out. The carpeted pantry and another closet was completely missed. When I pointed this oversight out, it wasn't acknowledged or addressed, which was very disappointing. I would happy modify this review if the someone is sent to complete the service paid for.
