Very fast, efficient and communication was amazing. Very reliable and convenient. The person took time to make sure my item was brought up the stairs and into the room safely but he was also very fast at doing so. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs furniture moved or who needs help. Moving out. Will definitely be using in the future!

We reserved a time with this company, the reviews are great. I just wish their communication was better, I had to call and confirm they were still coming and when our appointment time came today, I had to reach out to them only for them to then notify me that some of their crew members were sick and they were short staffed and at least an hour behind. I’m on a time crunch so I canceled our service.

Very satisfied! They did an excellent job. very capableand professional. I had a full 2 bedroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room and basement to move. I even had a second trip to take the garage and outdoor furniture. These guys were extremely polite and helpfu I highly recommend for your next move

let me start with saying amazing team, truly professional, and extremely trustworthy job done well within time and very professionally. Also, there was a confusion in one of the box which I was not able to locate. He spent personal time to help me find that one however only little concern on pricing I was expecting to be done below 500 however for a two bedroom move it costed me 720 bucks anyhow other than cost everything was flawless, smooth, and extremely professional.

10/5 stars! We contacted the and they were out same day, within hours. Friendly, efficient, helpful… our project was tiny but we couldn’t lift it. They got the job done in 5 minutes! Some might think it was a lot for 5 minutes work, but when you can’t lift something yourself, that 5 minutes is EVERYTHING. Plus, the amount of stress and anxiety they helped relieve with this job arguably saved me thousands in future medical bills! Hire these guys!

I’m speechless (and not in a good way) about the service I received. I wish I would have chosen a different company, especially doing a long distance move from MD to Ohio. My experience with this company, made me immediately miss home where your time is money and businesses are not set out to waste either (time or money). It’s amazing to me how 2 men in Maryland broke down furniture, wrapped it securely, and packed my moving truck in under 3 hours. In Ohio, THREE men took over 4.5 hours to unload. The math just does not add up for me - despite one worker being phenomenal, the other two required lots of support and consistent redirection to keep efforts moving. The only reason I did not give one star is because one worker was phenomenal.

These guys were amazing! They showed up the day of for me when our original movers bailed. They had 4 guys helping with a three-bedroom house that needed packing and loading into our moving truck. They did all of that in a timely manner and were very pleasant people to be around. They were very courteous and polite as they were moving our things. We would definitely hire them again.

I rate this a 4 simply because I was so nervous the whole time the TWO men were moving the piano out of the house. First they just man-lifted it to the front porch where they put it on a dolly, and then a larger dolly before thumping it down the concrete steps, rolling it down the alley, and loading it onto their moving truck. However, they obviously knew what they were doing, because I was the only one who was nervous -- having moved pianos myself, I didn't consider this a two man job. My husband was impressed at the delivery end as they had to remove the legs and upend the piano to get it up the narrow concrete entry stairs, and around two corners into the music room. They were able to come the very next day. They were very professional, they notified me that they could come earlier if that was more convenient, and they notified me when they arrived. My nerves were the only problem.

I inquired about moving one piece of exercise equipment. I was concerned with ensuring the movers are insured, which HELP states they are. After shopping around, I found other insured movers willing to do the job for cheaper, so I notified HELP that I would not like to continue moving forward. The attached photo was their response. They make legitimate points about quality vs price, but in a very unprofessional way suggesting the other movers might come back to rob me or kill me. Not acceptable.

I’m glad that they were able to step in quickly when my other mover cancelled. I wasn’t happy that one of the movers spent so much time completely and unnecessarily taking a part my bed. They were fairly efficient but one seemed to take more than his fair share of the work. In addition, I’m finding they neglected to tell me they chipped some paint off the freshly painted stairwell. They also dumped some mattresses in the back of the dumpster that my new apartment will not move.

The actual physical move went well - I will say the movers took were very careful and moved quickly. The Company was very flexible to setup timing and movers even arrived early. All was fine until payment time when they said my credit card would be run for double the quoted amount. What??? When I questioned "why" I was advised there was a 2 hour minimum. This minimum charge was stated nowhere in the quotes (snapshots attached). Even though the move actually took under an hour it did not occur to the representative to mention the minimum charge and it is a known Thumbtack app defect that it doesn't include the minimum charge but I should have asked. Lesson learned! Even when info is quoted in writing I will ask about "hidden up-charges" in the future and read all reviews. All being said, again the actual movers did do a good job its just a shame that minimums weren't stated or quoted anywhere in the correspondence.

THE WORST EXPEIRENCE I HAVE HAD. I need to move a piano. Piano is valuable item so I am very careful. I prefer to spend money on hiring professional mover instead of moving by myself. This mover name card shows “Do you have nice things that are of high value or very heavy” “why risk damage or injury?” “get H.E.L.P! moving those things” “meticulous movers with impeccable manners”. The words are very attractive and just reflect my idea. After communicating with Gary, the manager of this H.E.L.P. company, finally we are agreed to pay 220 dollars to move the piano from second floor apartment to second floor house in Dayton area. We made an appointment at 12:00 pm on Sep. 30th,2017. I was waiting the movers until 12:30 pm to show up. I didn’t blame them at all because they told me the other person called them to come around 12:15 pm. So, it’s OK. Time is not a big issue. I am surprised to see only two movers to come to the apartment trying to move this heavy piano. The hallway is narrow, the piano is heavy, and they use one wheels carts to help move. And somehow, it seems they are stuck in the hallway, and one guy just used his foot to kick the cart to the wall which produced two holes on the wall. I saw that and suggested him stop doing that. He stopped but later again, they hurt the other wall again with the piano. After they moved the piano to the truck, I checked the wall and talked to the mover. At first, he denied it was made by him. I told him I and my friend just saw him doing that. He admitted and said I could deduct sixty dollars from the moving fee to fix the wall. I think his attitude was nice and felt sorry for his labor work so I didn’t try to get him in a difficult time and agreed to do that. After they drove the piano to the destination, the mover started to push me pay the fee before they moved the piano in. As we discussed before, it should be 160 dollars totally because they liked to deduct the fee from service. But they asked me for two hundred forty dollars. I felt very confused. They started to call the boss Gary and passed the phone to me. Gary told me I should pay 240 dollars. I said we have agreed with 220 dollars and there is our communication history. why do you change? He asked, “will you pay by cash” I said yes. He said OK, then 220 dollars. And I explained about the damage during moving. He said I don’t care the damage. I need 220 dollars, no one dollar discount or we will keep your piano in the truck and not move to your house. He started threatening me and burst into anger and talked loudly. The staffs told me I can get the damage reimbursement after my paying 220 dollars from Gary. I asked for receipt for the 220 dollars. They said they had receipt book in the truck. Later when they came back, they said they didn’t find the receipt book, and how about giving me electronic receipt. I agreed. But later they got back to me saying the electronic receipt didn’t work, either. They would write down words as a written receipt to me. It seems I have no other choice. I paid them 220 dollars and got their writings. But tragedy happened again. They cracked my piano books holder and even hided it into my piano bench to make me not noticed. And they hit the wall of the hallway again but finally they couldn’t move the piano upstairs. They left a mess at my house and just asked me to deal this with his boss, then left. I sent the damage photos to Gary, he replied sorry and I asked him to deal with the damage but he said he would not doing anything. And that’s his last reply. I think I need help from your website and I would like to tell other customers PLEASE DON’T CHOOSE THIS MOVER!
