I would just like to say that Quincy was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me his rate. He tried to work on my equipment of online, he came back the next day to finish it in person and stuck through it and still only charged me the original quote. I’m so eternally grateful for them for doing such great job getting my equipment up and running and hanging in there with me while they figured it out I would highly recommend them clean, friendly, polite, kind, professional quality, work great company.

We purchased a refurbished desktop and even after having the data transferred for us, had quite a few questions. We also could not connect it to the printer. Quincey from HelpDesk Etc responded immediately to our inquiry. His quote was very reasonable and he was on time. Senior citizens can be easily intimidated by technology but Quincey was extremely patient and explained everything he was doing. He put us at easy right away. He made sure we knew we could call him if we had additional questions. We would definitely use his services again, and recommend him.
Had a tech obstacle that’s off the beaten path and wasn’t able on my own to identify a “fix”. This job involved MRI imagery from an injury I had stored on CD Roms many years ago. The files were fine but had no software with which to open/view them. Quincy at first presumed I would give him the CDs when I insisted that I couldn’t let it go he quickly pivoted and arranged for us to meet up in person. When we did, he already had a plan, a fix, and was able to identify the software needed, get it, install it and within 15-20 minutes we were sitting there viewing the MRI images! Cannot thank him enough! A great solution. Quincy has my highest recommendation. Thank you brother!
