About Henrahan's Helping Hands, LLC
I've been in the spa industry for ten years and massaging for eight years. A focus on therapeutic massage with goals of, "giving one's body back". I achieve this with a fusion of techniques from Swedish, stretching, deep tissue, sports massage and Thai massage and still learning more to this day. The satisfaction of leaving a client restored after a session is wonderful. As is finding new ways to approach muscles.

Super relaxing, great technique
A great massage. On time, professional, and great value. Did a mix of Swedish, trigger point, and stretching to really get into my knots. Personally, I appreciate quiet massages and he honored my needs and kept things calm and quiet.
Great massage—professional, friendly, and responsive. I will absolutely book him the best time I’m in Baltimore.
He was amazing. He gave me some assisted stretching movements that really did the trick.
Absolutely one of the best massages that I received.
