Henry first visited my home and offered a fair estimate for cutting down tree branches touching my home. He confirmed and arranged an appointment, yet he failed to appear on the scheduled day. He did not notify me beforehand about any delay. When I contacted him, he explained he was running late. The meeting was set for 11 a.m., but he said he would not arrive until 2:30 p.m. That shift is more than a delay; it amounts to a new appointment three and a half hours later. I suggest he strengthen his communication and monitor his scheduled appointment times.

Great service. Was thorough and did above and beyond.
Excellent work. I requested service at night and he was there by 6am the next morning and started the service 10 minutes later after doing a quick walkthrough. Clippings were bagged and left for pickup. Would definitely recommend!
Henry did an excellent job. He was very responsive was available to cut my grass immediately and did a great job. Highly recommend
Our communication was great from visit for estimate to completion of the work. Henry did everything I asked plus some things I didn’t (had forgotten about a small flower bed on the side of the house). My flower beds were so overgrown with grass and weeds but look great again. They are ready for some new fall plants now. I will definitely use Henry in the future!
