On time - very quick analysis of problem and very helpful.
Repaired/replaced my ice maker in a Samsung refrigerator. This is a know problem of warmer air leaking and causing the ice maker to freeze up. Installed the updated version of the ice maker and sealed the outside container to prevent air entering the ice maker.
Highly recommend them, from the beginning they communicated with me and gave me a time and day, and showed up as they said they would. Excellent service.

I came home from work on Tuesday to a flood of water all over my kitchen. The icemaker had been leaking for sometime creating a pool of water throughout the kitchen. I initially reached out to my appliance home warranty company who told me they would not be available to send anyone until 48hrs later. However, I had simultaneously reached out to pros on thumbtack. Fortunately for me, Henry responded to my request almost instantaneously. I sent photos of my problem and he said he could help. He asked if the next morning would work for me, but I told him unfortunately, i needed someone immeadiately, with that he said he would make it in 30mins. Henry was in my home 27mins later. Prompt, professional, and accommodating. He removed every screw, and tray from my freezer, diagnosed the problem and set to work resolving the issue. He was in and out within 75mins. I'm so grateful. It's only four days later but everything seams to be functioning at peak. Thank you Henry. would definitely recommen
Great experience. Samsung washer kept getting unbalanced. Needed the suspension rods replaced. Quick service highly recommended.
