Henrick did an excellent job installing our toilets and washlets. He took the time to do everything properly instead of rushing through it, including handling some unexpected work with the flange/wax ring adjustment downstairs and making sure everything was installed and working correctly. He explained things clearly, paid attention to detail, cleaned up afterward, and made the whole process easy. Pricing felt fair for the amount of work involved. Really appreciate the quality of work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Henrick and would hire him again.
