If you are booked on our schedule and decide to cancel for any reason you will be charged $75 you will receive a invoice and payment will be due immediately.

I regret to leave a review like this, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Robert. He accepted a job he clearly didn’t know how to do and exploited the fact that I couldn’t be there in person to verify the work. He blatantly lied, claiming the issue was resolved when it wasn’t. The sofa bed remained stuck open due to a broken mechanism. I trusted him when he said it was fixed, only to find out later that nothing had changed. When I confronted him, he suggested replacing the bed instead of fixing it, then disappeared after bending something further out of place. This man is a liar, a cheat, and the most dishonest person I’ve ever dealt with. Any positive reviews he might have are either flukes or fabricated because my experience revealed his true, deceitful nature. Not only did he take $175 from me without resolving the issue, but he also cost me time and forced me to cancel Airbnb bookings due to his incompetence. Hiring him was a huge mistake. Beware of this person and thoroughly inspect his work before paying him a cent.
Robert and Stan did a good job on our project. Removed concrete path and replaced with fill and grass. They also installed 2 channel drains for run off. They left the place clean and neat. They were also polite and easy to be around.
Sporadic work ethics. Took 2 weeks but the work quoted to be completed in 3 days was not finished. I accommodated by reducing the design so work can be continued and even gave $400 incentives to finish on time but still received excuses. I finally gave up and found someone else to finish the job. Cost me more money to finish.

He stole my money. I paid 400$ for 2 months of grass cutting, weekly service, and he has not been here for 4 weeks. He constantly makes excuses, promises to come every day and then doesn't show up. This guy takes your money and vanishes. Beware. My experience is just like the other recent review. Something changed, drugs/alcohol not sure but the man is a compulsive liar and completely unreliable.
I have had bad contractors in the past, but they were nothing compared to the absolute INCOMPETENCE and PRICE GOUGING done by Robert Palumbo and Heritage Landscaping. He told me he would do a good job, but he would show up at odd hours, never showed me a receipt for supplies when I gave him money, and ALWAYS managed to come up with a new angle to get money from me. I told him I could spend $4000 on the project. In the end, I ended up paying him over $14,000!!! And the worst part: now I have to hire someone else to fix his mistakes, such as removing all of the lava rock (and telling me he was hauling it away, but I later found it all dumped in the side yard), removing trees but leaving the stumps. But the worst was that he told me he was going to prepare the beds properly, then cover them in mulch (which I hate)—but look at the photos ! He never prepared the beds! He took a manageable job and created a far worse problem
