Very responsible, and easy to communicate with. Great experience!
Alex was great to work with. He installed my new water filter system and an earthquake safety valve. Thanks!
Alex did a great job of fixing our faucet. He was upfront about pricing and on time. I would hire him again.
Hernz was able to accommodate our schedule and clearly communicate their findings to my client. The information provided was detailed and informative.
Alex was great. He fixed our gas pipe issue in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Alex was willing to go the cheapest route for my benefit. Thank you Alex.
Did amazing work! Water Filtration Systems works correctly! Appreciate your time.
Alex answered my thumbtack request in record time, he came out next day for estimate and finished the job the following day. He was efficient and did job quickly. He replaced a 37 year old hot water heater by himself.
Alex was professional and pleasant. I would use him again.
Alex is excellent! Swapped out a big chunk of cast iron drains and repiped 4 water lines (two of which were in a +20’ span in the joists.) all in a day. He cleaned up nicely and did great work. 100% the one I’m calling for my next plumbing need.
I needed the 1” main water line replaced from the meter to the house. I got 10 different estimates and wasn’t impressed with at least half the plumbers professionalism or knowledge. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable and his team were the same. They were very efficient as well and had my water back up in under 3 hours. Very hard working and I know they all sleep well at night knowing they were fair. We need more Alex’s in this world. I will use him for any plumbing projects in the future and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
“I had a great experience working with Alex on my Enagic water system repair project. He is truly hardworking, experienced, and meticulous in his work. His positive attitude and incredible patience stood out throughout the entire process. Alex took the time to ensure everything was done right and explained each step clearly. I’m very pleased with the final result (attached) — it looks and works perfectly. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a reliable and professional technician!”
Alex was GREAT. From the start he provided a competitive quote for the 2 projects and completed the work in a reasonable time frame.
