The Hero Pests crew worked so hard for three days straight, sunup to sundown. I started out with rats, opossums and raccoons and after todays’s inspection, everything looked clean. The crew of four were always punctual, so courteous and professional. They explained all their procedures. What was once a pure nightmare for an 82 single woman, living alone, turned out to be something that could be conquered. I am so impressed by their work ethic!!!!!

I noticed bees inside my 2-story chimney and needed them to be removed. Hero responded immediately and carefully removed them without damaging my brick chimney. They kept me informed of their work schedule at all times and were very professional.
Excellent communication and extremely quick execution. Will use again
showed up 1 day early on time and ready for work. able to add extra jobs to order same day. recommend
I have great experience working with Hero Pests Conttol. They are very punctual, professional and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this company!
We prompt to reply and did a good job with the removal of two early stage wasp hives.
These people must think I’m crazy because I asked for a quote to understand my rat situation. I had multiple people come from different companies to get an honest answer because I know people can upsell. Everyone was quoting me around $2,000-$3,500 and these people quoted me $20,000!?!?! That’s a wild exaggeration. Not sure who else they are bamboozling. Ridiculous
We had a cricket problem in the attic. They came for inspection and arranged for treatment pretty fast. The results are noticeable. After the treatment, we caught 5 or 6 crickets in the house and we no longer heard the noise. Would recommend.
We had a ground squirrel infestation and after an inspection by Hero Pests Control found out that rats had also been using the ground squirrels’ tunnels. They gave us a quote, were responsive when I reached out to set up a time for the work, and have been back a couple times to check the work and look for new activity. We have a one year follow up contract and they have been coming out whenever we notice new tunnels as well as the regular checks they provide. They are quick to respond and have been able to come out within days of reaching out.
each tech visit was very thorough and explained well. They did all they had to and even if uncertain, made the extra effort. They also left the traps in longer than they had to to cover the returns. All of the three different staff I met were professional, on time, and great to work with. Their price was very competitive and better than many I researched since others wanted to charge by rodent or visit!
A squirrel got into my chimney and fell into my fireplace. They came as soon as they could which was big relief because other companies weren't available. They got the squirrel and even patched up the screen on my chimney. Five stars!! I highly recommend them.
the entire team was professional, tidy and extremely conscientious did a wonderful job.
They helped to remove the wasp nest, The work is done quick and clean, and price is reasonable
Had gophers in my backyard eating the roots of the plants. Hero Pest Control helped get rid of the gophers by killing them by setting traps and using gases and filling up the holes. Haven’t seen any gophers for the past 2-3 weeks.
Was very helpful and understanding of the situation.
It had been a while since we had a professional check our crawl space and exterior for insects and rodents… Hero pest control gave us the peace of mind we were looking for, and we got a thorough insect treatment while we were at it. They even followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the outcome. With that said, there were some communication issues during the scheduling process, and there was a bit of a language barrier with the crew (nothing too difficult to work through).
We hired them for rodent control in our house and they did a professional job. They were very thorough in their inspections and ensured that all the niches and crevices were plugged up. They also laid traps where necessary. I would recommend them.
Excellent work. Timely. Estimate and end results as promised. Will use again when needed.
Cuta Pest Control team helped me remove a lizard from my home on a quick notice. Their team was professional, skilled and took no time in identifying issue and remove the lizard safely. Also kept the area clean and sanitized after the work.
Great service and awesome response time. We are very happy with their work and response time and value of service. The job was done in 2 days from initial contact. Great work, removing sparrow nest and bird droppings on my house and patio. Took care and time to get the hob done. Thanks so much, we will recommend to everyone. Thanks Cuta Pest Control.
