Roberto was very professional, punctual and responsive. He did an inspection of my roof and shared videos, photos and assured me of the current state of the roof. He will be my go to person for any roof inspections for the future
Roberto was on time and identified a leak. Fixed it at a very reasonable price. Very professional.
I needed someone to check on a leak under the roof by the gutters. Reached out to a few pros and scheduled an appt with Hero Roofing. Roberto showed up on time and inspected my roof. Turned out my roof was fine and the leak was from the gutters. The gutter guard wasn't installed properly. Roberto didn't charge anything for the inspection. I appreciate his honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism. Highly recommended!!
When I reached out for a roof inspection for an insurance dispute, I got quotes from several pros for more than $1000. Hero Roofing showed up and did it for free! Roberto and his crew inspected my roof and issued me a written report within a day. I really appreciate their service! Would definitely contact them for future roof jobs. That's how you win a customer!
Roberto did excellent job for my roof inspection and provide professional advice for my other planned project. Will find them again for any roof projects!
