After speaking on the phone with the dispatcher (nice guy by the way) the techs showed up when they were supposed to and got to work quickly. Will use again.

This is an excellent company with some excellent employees. Will did an amazing job getting my ac back to working . I learned some things from him . He said he wasn’t going to leave till the unit was running . It was not an easy job They are very reasonable in their rates They did such a good job I signed up for their preventive maintenance program
Response was fast, options were presented during evaluation of system, and quote was provided. The installation went smoothly and quickly. I'll call them again for HVAC service.
Received same day service. Will provided great information on the upkeep of our unit and got our AC back up and running in a short amount of time.
Excellent quality work. Explains what the problem is and fixed it right away( and in the rain. Will yous hom again.
Very quick response. He was at our home less than an hour after I posted my problem. Very thorough in tracking down the problem with our older furnace. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Look no further. This company is so professional. Shannon came out on a Friday night and stayed working on my furnace for over 3 hours. The temperature in my home was 51. I had no heat with the high temperature hitting 25. Shannon stayed until he got the furnace running again. I have spoken to Will several times and he has been great answering questions and proving estimates for the work. Thanks again!
High Caliber went above and beyond when my AC wouldn’t work due to the A3 fuse being popped. Not only did the technician fix that issue but he also installed my Nest thermostat and imparted extremely helpful knowledge. So thankful for these guys they are hands down the best!!!
Responded quickly, took the time to make sure the price was right for our unit. Quality and professionalism was exemplary. We love the Rinnai! 🙂 Thank you!
The guys at Caliber did a great job. They showed up when they said they would. They were confident that they could replace my hot water heater with out any issues. They also did a very professional job. I trusted the guys with the selection of water heater they chose. Looks like they pulled this one out of the Biltmore House. Very nice quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fare price and quality work.
