Confirmed appointment several times then NO SHOW. Very unprofessional! No attempt made to rectify after full day wasted. I had to call/text to find this out. Poor communication. Would not recommend.

Erric installed a swing and a cat door for me. He was on time , good negotiation snd fair pricing. I recommend him to anyone.
I spoke with him on numerous occasions about installing a security camera at my space. After finally being able to agree on a date and time, he did not come on the agreed scheduled time nor did he communicate at all regarding his no show. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend these services.

I hired Erik to install a ceiling g fan that had come loose and fallen from the down rod. He ran into some issues from the previous Monteal and had to troubleshoot a bit. He stuck with it and didn’t give up. I would definitely hire Erik again for projects out of my scope of ability.
Erik did an excellent job installing both of my ceiling fans. He’s a really nice guy — professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took his time to make sure everything was done right and safely. I appreciate his attention to detail and highly recommend him for any home installation needs.
High IQ Homes was very smart and super friendly. He figured out the underlying issue for why the pull-down ladder from the crawl space was off kilter (which a previous handyman had been unable to do), and completed all other repairs with attention to detail and ingenuity. He was pleasant to chat with and stayed until he finished the job.
The pro was at best under qualified for the job. He showed up an hour and 45 minutes late. He did call me to tell me he overslept. The rack that he installed is missing screws and bolts that should be in there. His car leaked oil in our driveway to top it off.Because it took him over four hours to do one of the projects, we didn’t even complete the work and needed to find someone new.
I am so glad I found this business. He was very nice responded to all my texts. Does great work and didn't overcharge. I will be using him again and highly recommend.
