Not only did they do unnecessary testing, but they caused water damage to my bathroom floor and wall. Of course I had to pay for the testing that did nothing. And I was left to repair the damage that they caused. Would not recommend this company and would not opt for their "recommend" tests to assess the problems.

Reviews
This is a very dishonest and unprofessional business!!! The so called tech, Jesus, was more interested in getting ten times the estimate I was quoted than he was in doing the job. He arrived and refused to do half of the job without charging me considerably more than what I was quoted; even though I sent photos of exactly what I needed replaced. He broke parts of my shower- to the point I was unable to take a shower- repeatedly denied it and left grease stains behind that was difficult to clean. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! Stay away from this business
They do what they say and the work is professional and reasonably priced.
Bradley, Frank and the whole crew at High Speed did great work on all the plumbing upgrades I needed in my new condo. A lot of unexpected hiccups came up throughout the project (unlabeled shut-off valves, galvanized pipes) but the team worked hard to overcome them. A one day job turned into a three day job but the crew stuck with me and worked around my HOA restrictions. When the job was done, I had a clean and functioning home again. I greatly appreciated their flexibility and clear, upfront pricing. Thanks High Speed!
Evan did a fantastic job replacing two toilets in our home. He was incredibly fast, professional, and clean throughout the whole process. Their estimate for the replacement labor for both toilets was very fair and reasonable price for the quality of work provided. Everything works perfectly with zero issues. If you need quick, high-quality plumbing work, Evan is your guy. I would absolutely hire him again!
Great work ethic. Extremely helpful. Great value. Professional and great attitude.
Had a plumbing issue with shower. Repaired it properly. Pipe is now secure, plate no longer is loose and avoided a major leak.
Made sure problem was taken care of
Excellent service and excetional service. Communications by the scheduler, text updtes and Alfred were the best.
Great job for a great price and was on time. We thought Edward was amazing!!
Evan came out promptly was fast and professional. I appreciate his helpful, friendly manner. Will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.
Don’t hire these shysters. They will over charge. One plumber caused a leak and ruined my plaster due to a puddle of water. The manager and sent an arrogant Ahole to fix, but blamed me and wanted to charge an additional $300.
Excellent quality! Very professional! Thank you for your service!
Professional, detailed, customer friendly service Will use on future plumbing services
Daniel Luna was amazing! Above and beyond in service and care. I will very highly recommend Daniel and will use him again for my plumbing repairs 😃
Thank you so much for being there after Holiday. With such speedy arrival and recovery for my kitchen sink.
Victor was on time, diligent with work and provided us with quality service. Would recommend him to friends and family. Will hire again too.
Committed
An honest plumber. Go figure. He called me and asked me to explain the problem. Walked me through some troubleshooting and fixed the issue myself. Very thankful for the professionalism and honesty. Will be my new plumber.
I was thoroughly pleased with my choice in hiring High Speed Rooter & Plumbing after having their exceptional employee Jovanny Varela fix the problem I was having with my kitchen sink drainage issue. From the time I scheduled my appointment Jovanny was very responsive in communicating his ETA and once he arrived explained what services he would be performing and what the total cost for the services would be. Jovanny located where the issue was and then masterfully removed the blockage and reassembled the pipes while also being mindful of cleaning up the gunk that was removed from the pipes. I will definitely contact High Speed Rooter & Plumbing again for any future issues I have and would encourage other people to contact them as they are highly reliable and do excellent work.
