Reviews
Was on time as discussed. Sent images after work. Easy to work with.
Great communication, very reasonable prices, and very professional.
Very thorough assessment of the job, responded immediately, quality work at a very reasonable price - highly recommend
I had a really outstanding experience with Dave and he took great care of my lawn.
This company will ask a million questions as well as request pictures, give you a price and arrival estimate and not show. Unprofessional and a total waste of time. I would not recommend this company.
I have had issues with Lawncare services in the past. David has been wonderful. Friendly, punctual, and detailed oriented. He takes care of my property like it was his own. Whether is is grass cutting, to mulching and flower bed maintenance, he does a five star job. I highly recommend him.
We bought an electric drum set for our daughter to continue her virtual drum lessons. The service from the start was amazing. We were promptly communicated with, scheduling was easing, and the job was completed with professionalism & care. We are extremely satisfied with the service, results of event, and pricing associated with getting our job completed! We highly recommend!
I truly wish I could give Dave 10 stars! I live out of town and my mom was moving to assisted living this weekend. We had a ton of furniture that needed to be assembled. Some of it was delayed and would not arrive in time. He brainstormed with me and even said he could stop at Costco to get a bed if we needed to. I am so grateful for the peace of mind i had knowing he really was committed to helping us!
I would definitely recommend High Velocity Property Maintenance. My daughter loves her desk that he assembled.
I had a very heavy bed frame that needed to be put together. His communication was excellent. Showed up early and got the job done fairly quick. Professional and thorough with the job. I would definitely hire again when needed.
Arrived at scheduled time. Kept me updated. Great service.
