Quickly transformed my side yard from a rocky mess to a lovely grassy field!
I have no complaints whatsoever. Turf alongside my back fence was fine earlier today and it looks fantastic. I must say that their prices are very competitive and the customer service and communication was excellent! I will be writing another comment in future months, maybe in December, it’s now mid April and let you all know how it’s going. I also like that they have a 2 year warranty on their work, that’s a plus!
Higher Ground Services did an excellent job installing our pet-friendly artificial turf. From the start, their attention to detail really stood out. They removed all the old sod and debris thoroughly, leaving nothing behind. They arrived on time each day and completed the project exactly within the two-day timeframe they originally quoted, which we really appreciated. The installation process was clearly explained during the quote, and everything was executed just as promised. When they finished, the entire area was clean and looked great. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
He did excellent job, my wife is super happy also I had family, friends this weekend and they were wowww.
Everything went smooth Fernando and his team did a great job of completing the project just as i wanted it
They did an amazing job and had the proper equipment to complete the project I would definitely recommend good job guys! 5 stars!
Fernando and his crew did a great job! They remodeled my front walkway and it looks way nicer. They work fast too (in 3hrs)
Work completed on a timely basis. Great communication.
UPDATE - Initial service was good however we discussed ongoing projects to include the routine lawn maintenance, as well as some future projects (sprinklers and overhauling the entire landscaping, etc) but they never returned and have been impossible to reach. They were going to come last week for the routine lawn service and didn't, then said they would come Monday (yesterday) and still have not heard from them. The initial work was good (fast, prompt, did a good job) but it went down hill from there.
Great interaction. Good and responsive and work done as agreed. I would recommend Fernando and will use him again
Fernando was great on time good value very professional. Highly recommend.
