I hired Andy from HighPro Home Services to clean windows in my tenants apartment. He arrived on time and was very detailed in explaining his window cleaning process. Andy also came the day before (on his own time) to size up the job from outside without involving me. He was willing to match a competing quote for the work, which cinched the deal for me. The job was time sensitive and Andy accommodated me in his schedule the next day. All in all, a professional job done at a reasonable price putting my customer needs first. I look forward to working with Andy and HighPro Home Services for my building again.

Reviews
Andy was quick to respond, schedule and complete the task. My windows look fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the job!
Andy was great from start to finish. Our windows are on the 14th floor and only open a few inches because of a safety limiter, so I wasn’t sure the job was even doable. He asked the right questions upfront, came out to assess it himself at no charge, and got all three windows done inside and out without any fuss. Getting both sides cleaned was absolutely worth it! Punctual, efficient, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It was so much more cost-effective than hiring a full rope access team, and the pricing was very fair for such a challenging task. Would hire again and recommend to anyone dealing with tricky high-rise windows!
Andy was professional and experienced. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to adjust his work to the needs of the property. I highly recommend him!
Work was excellent! The windows are MUCH cleaner. Andy was very professional and talked me through the process. I will be using again in 6 months.
So impressed by their communication, work— and work ethic. I knew my windows were dingy but it feels like my apartment is 50x brighter. Couldn’t be happier with the result as well as the care and pride in what they do. Before and after photos here. Will 100% work with these folks again.
Andy was friendly, personable, and professional from start to finish. He did an amazing job on my many windows, including several large second-story windows, two skylights, and three French doors with numerous panes. He cleaned every window inside and out, thoroughly cleaned all of the window tracks, and even repaired one of my window screens. The difference is incredible. My windows are absolutely sparkling clean now. Andy’s hard work, expertise, and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality window cleaning services and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be calling him again.
They did a great job with our windows, such a game changer!
Wow. I didn’t realize what a difference the window cleaning would make. The guys were very professional and super responsive. Look at this gorgeous view after their work! Thank you.
I had a great experience with this window cleaning service from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and able to come out the very next day—not only to provide a quote, but to complete the cleaning the same day, which was a huge plus. They arrived right on time, were professional throughout, and very easy to work with. When we decided to expand the job to include more windows, they were flexible and accommodating without any hassle. They also clearly knew what they were doing—offering different approaches and levels of cleaning so we could choose what worked best for us. The pricing was very reasonable, especially given the quality of work. They were friendly, considerate of our space, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The results speak for themselves—I honestly can’t remember the last time our windows looked this clean. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality window cleaning.
