Professional work! Efficient and thorough.
Mr. John is the absolute best, I would request him every single time if service is ever needed again
Hire them immediately! If you want a contractor who actually shows up on time and does phenomenal work, book HighTech Electric. They were incredibly responsive and professional. I hired them to assemble a 14x10 gazebo and install two porch lights, and they knocked it all out perfectly in one day. The best part… The gazebo roof panels came covered in a frustrating plastic film. They specifically asked if I wanted it removed, and even though peeling it off added nearly two hours to the job, they did it with a smile and zero complaints. That level of detail and customer service is so rare these days. My patio is on its way to being amazing now that I can furnish it. You definitely won’t regret booking with this pro!
Hightech Electric exceeded my expectations. The job was done in a professional and timely manner. The communication with the team throughout the process was excellent.
The technician was prompt, honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and surpass my expectations. I look forward to working with him again.
Very great service and quick to the job. Price was very solid. John was very knowledgeable and identified a long standing problem that helped us solve another major fix. The staff was nice and professional. I’m really glad we connected with Hightech Electric. From the start this man was responsive, easy to talk too and took time to hear what our needs were. We were able to cancel an order for a new ceiling fan installation that we thought we needed that was a simple fix for HighTech. Very pleased.
Responds fast, same day, neat work . Would recommend
First he lived 3 hours away. He took forever to pull a permit. I had to send him the link on how and where to go. Then when it came time to work and the power was shut off early in the morning, he did not get finished in time before the end of the day. So, I had to pull my generator out to power up fridge, freezer, and several fans. It is middle of July and it was hot. We spent the evening and most of the next day in a miserable house with two small babies. Around 2pm he finally got the power back on. Below are the before and after pic. The one with 3 panels is the before pic.
Everything I had to have repaired, was completed. John found some electrical issues tht I did not know that I had. I highly recommend this company.
I've been helping my mom look for an electrician for months, due to me living in Texas and she's in Mississippi it was quite difficult, I decided to just try thumbtack just to try my luck, first person I saw was Mr John at Hightech LLC, I was kind of iffy at one point but I told myself let's give it a try when I tell you it was the best decision I've every made. Mr John came in and showed out, getting everything my mom needed done, and at a reasonable price. I can't thank him enough for putting a smile on my mom's face, PLEASE contact him if you ever need a PROFESSIONAL. I appreciate you alot sir
John and his coworker came this afternoon to install a new ceiling fan for my Mom and I. They were quick, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They finished the job quicker than it took to watch one inning of the College World Series! I recommend John and his company for all your contracting and electrical needs.
