Unfortunately I don’t think I had the opportunity to use this company as it seems that someone was using there number to get jobs. It came across as Antonio with an Atlanta, GA phone number. If this happens to you please don’t let that man scam you!
No upfront accurate pricing He quoted $280 for labor. Since I had all the materials I was really unhappy with an invoice of $980 Eventually we settled on $780. Which is still $500 more than quoted. The handy man he sent did an excellent job and that is the only reason I paid more. But I feel deceived.
Do Not Recommend!!! He is a scammer! This is a real review from an actual customer!. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like the positive reviews I saw before hiring this company. We originally agreed on $450 for the job. After work began, the price changed without consulting me or getting my approval first. I was later told $680 for work already performed and $980 to finish the job. What makes this worse is that I actually reduced the scope before they returned. I had my HVAC professional complete the installation of 19 vents/covers, which was part of their original scope, and told them this before they sent anyone back. Despite doing less work, they still demanded $980, which was insane!! Several items were also left unfinished, requiring repeated follow-up. Most concerning was how the pricing disagreement was handled. The owner became rude and even made statements about what he would do to my partner if my partner did not pay the price he demanded. That crossed a line for me. I have no problem paying fairly for completed work, but changing a $450 job into a $980 bill without getting approval for that price is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor: get every price and every change in writing before allowing work to begin. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again!
