Our dishwasher was leaking, he promptly set up a time to come out and diagnose and had it fixed within two days. Very efficient and knowledgeable in his work.
A bug crawled up into the display panel on our toaster oven and died. Ugh! Hi Tech came out that same day within just a few hours of contacting them, took the oven apart, removed the remains and cleaned the oven. Plus charged us less than the advertised service call price of other pros I contacted. 10/10, will definitely use again.

I hired this guy to fix my dyer which was supposed to include a warranty. My wife washed a load of clothes later that day after the repairs were supposedly completed and the dryer still had the same issue. A week later this guy hasn't shown back up and has not replied to any text or calls. He deserves a -1 rating.
