I hired Brandon/HK Lots and Lines to redo my driveway. I bought a house with a driveway that was overpacked with gravel and dirt making it too high to easily drive into my garage. Brandon and his team came out quickly, gave me an affordable quote, and got to work immediately. Even when challenges came up, they handled all in a professional manner. The finished product makes my house look so much better. This will be my go-to company for any cement work and I will gladly recommend them when asked.
HK LOTS AND LINES HAD TO REPLACE A FEEBLE ATTEMPT TO REPAIR A PATIO BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, WHO HAD THOUGHT THEY WERE DONE. THE FIRST CONTRACTOR LEFT THE IMPRESSION THAT A LEVEL, NOR A FLOAT, WERE NECESSARY TOOLS FOR CONCRETE WORK. THE ATTEMPT BY A DIFFERENT CONTRACTOR WAS LEFT ROUGHLY TWO FEET BELOW WHERE GRADE LEVEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN. AS THE HOMEOWNER, IT APPEARED THAT THE CONTRACTOR RAN OUT OF CONCRETE, AND MENTIONED PUTTING ASPHALT OVER THE UNEVEN SURFACE OF THE INCOMPLETE CONCRETE PATIO. WHEN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR MENTIONED THAT THEY COMPLETED THE JOB, I HIRED HK LOTS AND LINES TO REPLACE THE PATIO THAT WASN'T COMPLETED BY THE FIRST CONTRACTOR. HK LOTS AND LINES SPENT THE FIRST DAY TEARING OUT THE SUBSTANDARD PATIO, AND LOWERING AN OLD SEPTIC CONNECTOR WHICH HAD BEEN LEFT, ROUGHLY ONE FOOT ABOVE THE UNEVEN CONCRETE. HK LOTS AND LINES SEALED THE UNUSED LINE THAT WAS A PART OF A DEFUNCT FINGER SYSTEM BELOW THE GRADE OF THE NEW LEVEL THAT MET WITH THE LEVEL OF AN EXISTING PAD THAT HK LOTS AND LINES BLENDED THE NEWLY POURED PATIO INTO. THE FIRST CONTRACTOR DIDN'T MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO ADD SUFFICIENT CONCRETE, NOR EXPANSION JOINTS, TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL PAD, SO THE REPLACEMENT BY HK CORRECTED THE DISCREPANCIES FLAWLESSLY. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HK LOTS AND LINES IS MY CHOICE FOR ANY FUTURE PROJECTS THAT ARISE.

Owner and I met and went over project together. Owner sent quote for the job and I called him back to OK quote and to get started on job. He told me he was a little behind on a job and also had trouble with one piece of machinery. Over the next 2 weeks of sending him text messages and getting no responses I twice left voice messages to get back to me about if he is going to do the job. Don't know what the man's problem is, I thought he was a nice person and we were in tune on the job and price. I've waited long enough will get a person who will DO the job.

Brandon and team did an excellent job they laid the concrete for my shed in a day and even spread out my mulch. The area looks so beautiful now. Excellent at communicating so professional and gave a great price im very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking to get concrete poured.
I was only looking for a budget number right now and they sent a written estimate the next day and later called to discuss their estimate. When the time comes I will give them a call.
