The movers were very professional and the management was extremely responsive.
Great value. They moved a large potted plant that other companies wouldn’t, and for a great price. Highly recommend.
Heavy Lifters & Movers did an outstanding job. I hired them to move office furniture, books, and artwork from my office space to a storage unit, and the entire experience was excellent. Brooke and Jamie were on time, worked extremely hard, and were very efficient from start to finish. They were also polite, professional, and very easy to be around. Most importantly, they felt completely trustworthy with my belongings. I would highly recommend the team at Heavy Lifters & Movers anytime.
Honestly, these are some of the best movers I have worked with in LA! We are moving house for the second time in three years and procured some heavy items from a seller far away. This team was excellent at communication, very clear about costs (no hidden fees) gave a great value then came and moved the goods we hired them for in a way that made me wish I had been working with them forever. Could not recommend more highly for any moving or heavy lifting needs!
what an amazing experience. we had some boxes we need moved. my husband just had back surgery and I am 7 months pregnant so there was no way we were going to be able to handle it. the two guys who came to help were on time and worked efficiently! everything was stowed away very quickly. I could not have been happier. 10/10 would use them again and recommend to anyone! also price was totally reasonable and worth every penny!!
We needed help loading and moving some furniture which included taking apart the furniture and reassembling at the destination. From start to finish I cannot speak more highly of the service we received. Communication was stellar from my initial inquiry all the way through to after the service was provided. The movers arrived on time, were polite and very proficient, protecting our furniture from beginning to end. They were on time and communicated when they would arrive. I can not thank Heavy Lifters and Movers enough.
Can't rave about these guys enough!!! From the immediate response, next day availability, great price, and amazing professionalism you can't go wrong with this company!! I had an incredibly HEAVY couch that took some tricky angling to get into the room and they just wow'd us from start to finish! Going to recommend them to everyone I know!
Booked 3 movers with a truck for a 10-11 am start time. One showed up about 11.15, one showed up around 12.30, and the third didn't show up at all. Most of my belongings weren't wrapped, so some things were damaged. They would get a section of the house mostly moved, and then would just leave the rest of the items. At 6, they tried to hurry and unload the remaining items into the driveway, because they said they needed to return the truck. None of the discounts that were mentioned before i booked(discount for cash or for going over 6 hours) were honored. I tried to message the company after the move about damage, but they never responded, which makes me feel like they may not be insured. The movers themselves were friendly, but pretty inexperienced
I could not recommend Heavy Lifters and Movers more! I was in a pinch and needed to find someone the next morning. They replied right away and were extremely responsive during the entire process. Prompt, professional and high quality work. I had them move a very expensive king size mattress/box spring and expensive art piece. They wrapped everything meticulously and handled everything with care. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
