Reviews
The team at Holiday Lighting Pros did a great job installing holiday lights at our home. They were able to schedule us on the timetable we wanted, they were very responsive and professional to deal with, and they set up a beautiful, clean-looking display. They also took time to walk through how the timing mechanism works in case we wanted to change the settings. Also their pricing was very competitive compared to other installers. They were great all-around.
I contacted them and within less than 1 minute, they declined my request. Not a good look for a first time customer or mom looking to make a lasting memories doe their kids. Was really disappointed. Don't know how they make their selections- but this waa truly disappointing.
I am updating this review, because the vendor was not the issue it was the Thumbtack application. Solange was very friendly and responsive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they failed to comeback out to add more lights, but other than that I would recommend them.
The Christmas light installation turned out so beautiful & several neighbors have inquired to request the same service as a result. The coordination of the design was quick & easy & they completed the job within 48 hrs of my request. I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish!
Excellent, quick communication. Service was performed within 24h, and the lights look professional and clean. Very happy overrall.
A great business to hire! Responded same day and was able to get the work done same day. The lights look great! Absolutely recommend!
As a new costumer to Holiday Lighting Pro, their representative, Solange in particular was very pleasant to work with during my installation. Their prices were competitive and highlighted all of the services they provided. .. She also suggested new and innovative ways to make my project stand out even more. I highly recommend her team if you’re looking for a good quality product and professional for your next Christmas lighting project, give them a try. Signed, A very satisfied customer
