Make customer hostile, inexperienced in fixing drywall and paint. Keep asking for more money despite work incomplete. Unsure of the issues. Ultimately I had to do finishing on my own. Claimed that something is wrong with the wall and was charging $150 more to finish up, quite unreasonable. Later he did texted to come back later and fix but he lost trust, and for us it was risk to call him back on job given he is looking for money and clearly expertise was missing. Paid $1600 to replace portion of dry wall and ceiling paint to hide a patch - drywall still has issues with finishing, ceiling still has visible patch. Very pathetic experience, won’t recommend to anyone

He scammed me . Collected money for HVAC and my HVAC stopped working in only 1 week. I called him back to fix it and he had refused to show up . After collecting $930 . Also, I called another HVAC who had confirmed that he never did anything reasonable for that price .
Not only did Holmes Contracting offer the best price for replacing my heating/air unit, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I’m very pleased with the work they did.
Dale went above and beyond! He responded quickly and was at my home in less than 24 hours. My AC unit was making a loud noise and was no longer cooling the house the way it used it. Turned out the condenser fan broke and the blades went to crap. My unit is 16 yrs old and Dale was able to order the parts that we needed for the unit. Within a couple days he was able to repair my unit and it’s now running like brand new! He saved me a lot of money. Dale was excellent and is highly recommended!

Dale was amazing, great handy work and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Our AC fuse went out and he knew exactly how to take care of it so we weren’t in the excessive heat for too long. Definitely keeping his number if we need him again.
I needed my AC serviced immediately due to extreme hot temperatures and not working properly. Dale’s company responded right away and had me scheduled same day. Not only is he super friendly and knowledgeable but also very fair with pricing. He was able to diagnose the issue, and fix properly in less than an hour. Super quick. Definitely would not plan anything with this company. As his other reviews state, we spoke on the phone and scheduled a date to have work done. He did not show, stopped responding to my text messages, and all of my calls go to voicemail. Unreliable company. If you want to make efficient use of your time, hire someone else.
Dale responded to my initial request for an in person consultation in a timely and professional manner. On the day of our storm door installation he communicated with us and gave us his arrival time. He was punctual and started working immediately. His pricing was fair and we will be hiring him for our media wall build in the very near future.
Dale was great, he was quick to respond when I reached out on this app for help. He arrived the next day and was able to provide a reasonable price on replacing my furnace. He was also transparent in my options on what I needed to do to fix my furnace. If you need a quick repair I would recommend him.
Contractor doesn’t offer warranty if you buy parts somewhere else. Quoted 2x more for service and parts that has no warranty.
They were able to get my furnace working. It was blowing cold air. A part was ordered to fix the problem and it worked. Now I have heat again.
Unfortunately, this individual earned a bad review. Although he was quick to respond to my service request initially, after speaking with him we were unable to schedule the requested service and he flaked on following up.
