Terrible communication. They had issues with their truck and didn’t notify me until I reached out the day of to confirm the time they’d be coming in. When I was expressing my concerns, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude to me. I can’t review their service because they never came out, but I will absolutely review their poor communication and customer service.

BEWARE!! Had them out for a $189 chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning and ended up paying $550 when it was all said and done. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t home and I felt like I was taken advantage of on what specifically needed done. They said I needed a deep clean that would be an additional $175 on top of the $99 sweep. I wasn’t informed of this until AFTER he was cleaning. They also mentioned we needed a new layer of heat protectant paint for an additional $145. I was told to wait 48 hours and we waited 72 before using. This is what the $145 paint job looks like after one use. I reached out, got a response that it would be passed on to management and then was told someone would be in contact on Monday. It is now Thursday. I have texted and called two different numbers. No response to the texts and no voicemails set up to leave a message. It all felt very odd and unprofessional from the moment he arrived, but now those suspicions are confirmed. Turns out I could have bought a $20 can of paint and done a better job myself. I would advise using someone else. UPDATE: after a lot of following up on my end and contacting multiple people, I received a refund for the paint.
I had them out for a $99 chimney cleaning. They arrived in their minivan and sweats and pulled out their mid grade shop vac and came inside. They tried hard to sell how bad my fire place was, I felt they attempted to startle me by showing the amount of soot and a small mud dauber nest (old), saying how dirty, “cracked,” and how they’d give me a discount and get it cleaned and fixed for about $800. I just wanted a chimney sweep. Of course they were quite disappointed that I declined their pitch (which felt a bit like a snake oil routine), but they did perform the sweep. They used the shop vac and a drill with a brush, so nothing a DIYer couldn’t do. Despite my requests to leave the door closed behind them as the entered and exited, they kept leaving my front door open as they trotted in and out in the cold, and I kept asking them to shut it to help keep my pets in, but really didn’t seem to care. Finally, he asked if he could throw the ash from my chimney they collected into my trash bin, I agreed but then I discovered that they unloaded their day’s trash into my bins, which are now full of old some old tools and other debris. I reached out to them with my displeasure but with no reply (until I wrote this review). I think my chimney is cleaner though, thus the two stars. I wouldn’t recommend them or hire these fellas back. The gentlemen were nice enough and I provided a tip, but I requested this back as I was quite angry about the garbage they left. They denied the request for refund.
He did an excellent job of giving me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. He did not try to oversell me solutions and I would recommend him to any of my friends.
THP we’re quick in replying to my request. They came the next day! Consultation was quick and affordable. He also walked me through what to look out for with my chimney. Definitely recommend this team !
I'm very impressed. I have had an awful time finding the right people to do different tasks. Thank goodness I found these guys. They were on time, very professional and went right to work. The fixed some cracks they found and cleaned everything. Our fireplace looks brand new. I highly recommend them for anyone.

The team was extremely helpful. My home had wasps and they were thought to be coming from the chimney. After sweeping the chimney it was determined that they were not nesting there. The team walked my property and inspected our duct work, far outside of a chimney sweep, to help resolve the issue. 10/10 recommend.
The guys were nice and helped brush the inside if the chimney. I expected more of an inspection but overall my chimney is clean and ready to be used.
The guys at Home Pros did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts. We had a mold issue in some of the vents, and they were able to treat and take care of it. Performed good work, and very kind people. See photos
