My home was scheduled to be cleaned on Sunday and my and I canceled our previous plans so that we could be there when the pro arrived. She never showed up and she didn’t call. This is a horrible way to do business

Karla the cleaning was fantastic, my issue was the double charges I received for a one time cleaning service. The Lack of transparency from the company and the fact that it kept showing on their website that my appointment was canceled. It was too much of a hustle to navigate and way too many calls to the help center with same response.
