Leslie was great. Very punctual, detail-oriented, and pleasant. Getting someone scheduled initially was more difficult than it seemed needed to be. Now that things with Leslie are arranged, I expect things to be stop smoother
Definitely should’ve known from the reviews if you apply just one time they will call you non stop and text you thru different numbers bad business if someone doesn’t answer after a few try’s why keep going
All I wanted was an estimate & they keep sending me messages, over & over. Trying to lock me into a 3 month membership for cleaning. All I wanted was an estimate to clean my house and had made this experience a really bad decision for inquiring.
These people called me to set up for Cleaning. They’ve lifted for the wrong day. The person just show up. It is a mess.
no response from anyone. I called and texted multiple times. showed up a day and one hour late from scheduled time. Then left 30 minutes early. leaving windows hazy after I told her to do the windows.
Well my “first and only cleaning” went well and the guy was young and I appreciated his work so I left him a really nice review. However, everything went downhill because I have been trying over a month to get a cleaning and they keep canceling without giving me a replacement. I have to express how disappointed and frustrated I am with how unprofessional this process has been. I have been trying since the beginning of the month to schedule cleaning services with little to no success. The first person who came out was very nice, and I even left a positive review because I appreciated the service provided. However, ever since then, it has been extremely difficult trying to get anyone scheduled. I work a busy schedule and also have responsibilities with my children, so Sundays are the only days I am truly available to be home for several hours. I confirmed this appointment ahead of time, and when Monday was mentioned, I clearly stated that Monday would not work for me. That should have allowed enough time to either schedule someone else or notify the facility sooner that the appointment could not be kept. Instead, the cancellation happened at the last minute, which is very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient for myself and my family. At this point, if no one can come out today, I will be discontinuing the services and removing my card from the account because this situation simply does not make sense anymore.
