Very happy with the service. They provided exactly what they said. The price that they said, no hidden fees. Very helpful. When I reached out, there was one mistake with a right away fixed. It had a very good experience.
My first cleaner did a good job. I’ll have to wait till a couple more different ones come, to give a better review.
I do not recommend this company on any aspect. Workers are unprofessional , I paid to discover my kids diapers and trash in my laundry bin I specifically said this was for clean clothing storage only . It was suppose to be two women coming instead it was a guy and he was promoting me to pay outside of the app , my daughters 1st childhood portaits were folded up . And my son’s money jar was tampered with. When I requested a specific woman I know is an amazing cleaner for this they didn’t allow me to request . They also didn’t finish the full time so I was overcharged . Never again .
2nd time with her and I will request her again. Hard to believe but she got better! She learned what I liked and cared about everything.
Unfortunately all of the terrible reviews are correct. After multiple attempts of being nice and asking them to stop calling/texting, they continue.

Was signing up over the phone and the representative made it sound pretty cheat which was a surprise. Then I see some monthly charge after the first month of $60 will be charged. At no point with this information provided to me. I want nothing to be charged, I want all my stuff canceled, I’d like my credit card to be removed, and I’d like my information removed from site
I have received a multitude of repeated calls per day plus texts. I have worked with Homeaglow for years , stopped due to moving. I returned this week and I am extremely disappointed with the annoyance of calls from so many different numbers. There are so many scams out there. It is a shame that this is a service to promote Homeaglow but it singles a huge red flag to your present and potential customers
I need to speak with someone asap. The person you sent did not even have supplies to clean properly and was late. I have been trying to call your company since this morning and no one has answered or responded. I am not paying for this horrible service
Just called home-glow for estimate and now there calling me while I'm working and at 6:00 AM ..I told numerous times that I was just checking around for prices right now and now there worse than a telemarketer, keep calling me at work. I keep calling me all hours of the day 6 o'clock in the morning. I've told them, i'm going to find somebody else they're still calling me. Who do I report this to..
They were pushy about trying to get me to sign for a subscription and when I repeatedly said I was not interested in a subscription tried to charge me anyway. Luckily my bank flagged it but now I have to wait in a new card.
