Reviews
They are a SCAM company - they charged us $80+ dollars put a blovk for another $40 on our card. When we called them to confirm the appointment they dont even respond. How can thumbtack allow a company like that scam the users. They cancelled our appointment now but charged us for already foe the appointment! I am also calling thumbtack to help get our money back. This is absurd!! This company is a total SCAM!
1)they can show up when they say they’re goingto. 2) if they can’t make it, they can simply text you or call and make take one minute to let you know so your day isn’t wasted also. 3) they can offer some type of customer service for a refund or rescheduling which with the numbers I had I could reach no one the best I was told is they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours I am very dissatisfied with Homeaglow. I found their business practice to be less than stellar and kind of shady and a very poor business model. Next time. I’ll do more research before I agree with the cleaning place rather than finding out after.
to be honest, nothing went great about using this organization. You never get the same cleaner the cleaners actually don’t clean that well and on top of that you run the risk of people showing up at your house that aren’t the name that was given and on top of that, they’ll leave leave your house open and just be completely unprofessional
They lied and booked a cleaning and no one showed up.
I love homeaglow cleaning service very Professional Highly Recommend They clean my apartment in sections they did excellent job thanks homeaglow you are my life safeguard
Jean M did a very good job. He was responsive to some of my needs (I am disabled).
This is a scam company, they enroll you in a monthly subscription you can't get out of, beware!!!
Homeaglow does not keep commitments. They cannot deliver what they offer. The people booked for cleaning do not meet the simple requirements that we wrote to them. Homeaglow does not follow up to solve problems. There is never any direct support provided to reconcile issues . They do not monitor their contractors. I’m surprised that they can be a part of the offering by Thumbtack!
This is a scam be aware not to get scammed by bunch of Filipinos pretending to be manager @ HomeGLOW. This company is very unprofessional the whole concept is absolutely a lie and dangerous to hired a cleaner from this company. I was threatened by there cleaner her name is Teri.
