I recently created an account with,but did not end up utilizing any of their services. My experience with their sales team was highly disappointing. The representative was rude and inconsistent regarding their policies. Despite never using the service, I was threatened with a cancellation fee simply for closing my newly created membership. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution, thoroughly read all fine print, and get all policy promises in writing before signing up

I do not enjoy speaking to someone who’s not even in the country using a script and not listening to what I am saying. Advised I am not interested in this service any longer and going another direction still repeated text messages and phone calls asking why I’m not using them. Frankly it’s none of their business if I chose someone else or not. Far too invasive. Not ever going to be ok with ME
They keep on changing my cleaner. Then previously matched cleaner arrived which is fine cz she arrived at my schedule but my dashboard has another cleaner. I am stuck in a situation without help.
I canceled my project and told them on the first phone call that I’m not interested. They still keep calling and calling and harassing. I have received 10 calls from different numbers. They will be reported. SCAM company
I explained that I did not wish to use them and have requested for them to stop calling. They call over and over and over again - as if it is an emergency. After 2 days they started with the calls AGAIN! They even have noted not to call me. This company is not reputable and advertises $19 cleanings only if you sign a 3 month contract. Every cleaner I’ve dealt with has had a horrible experience. They clean off of time NOT QUALITY. I cannot express enough to NOT USE THIS COMPANY
First, you will need to get reliable companies to do the job! I spent a lot of time going over the services needed. I had to text the Pro, to see if they were coming, what I received was the excuse, that they had run out of gas and then a hang up! I was totally shocked and a hang up! I waited another hour, then a texted again to cancel...as we were in almost 3 hours late.
