Please stay far away from them, don’t let them trick you with first day or first time cleaning price and rush you into accepting it. So un professional, once they have you agreeing after calling you and sending 10 thousand messages they will disappear

They can honor their word. They can respond to tickets in a timely fashion and they can provide cleaners commited to tge actual time frame paid for and not charge for unexplained reasons. This service is a scam.
Repeated callbacks after I communicated that we already hired someone. more than six calls in 13 hours
This company took my payment, called back and said it was not a valid method of payment, did not complete the service and has not responded to my 8 requests of this promised return.
When you tell them you don’t want their services they continue to call daily . It’s very annoying and disrespectful

My cleaner did not do half of what she was suppose to do! Floors were not swept or mopped in any rooms! Oven not cleaned, no dusting, minimal vacuuming still dirt where the walls and carpet meets, baseboards not cleaned, certain surfaces not wiped down. I was so excited to have some help and paid a total of $278 for this cleaning and I will never do this again!!
