My experience with this cleaning company was frustrating from the start. When I booked, I clearly explained that I did not want a subscription. I wanted to try the service before deciding whether to continue. The representative assured me that was fine and that I could cancel at any time under the promotion. However, she only mentioned a cancellation fee after taking my card information and charging me for the first service. That should have been explained before I paid. On the day of my appointment, the cleaner contacted me to say her car had broken down and she wasn’t sure she could make it. I understand unexpected things happen, but the communication afterward was poor. I had to follow up at my scheduled appointment time to find out whether she was still coming. She then said she would be anywhere from 40 minutes to over an hour late. Between the cancellation fee being disclosed after payment and the poor communication on the day of service, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Just keep being a fair alternative for those of us who could use your services.
By returning my calls, especially from manager Kim. the communication is horrible. The phone rings over 20x and if they transfer you then you are disconnected. I am sorry that I signed up with this company
