Can’t comment on cleaning abilities as I was too turned off by the overly aggressive spam style follow-up of a basic thumbtack quote request . I don’t want my thumbtack pros to be needier or more demanding than the day to day life that leads me to use a cleaning service in the first place so please chill out

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not do business with these people unless you want to be hounded multiple times a day! They try to hook you with the “$19 cleaning” but it’s really a $59 per month membership plus an hourly fee....and that is only good for 1st 6 months. I asked several times what happens after 6 months and she completely skirted the question several times refusing to answer. Felt like I was talking to a parrot. She just kept repeating my questions back to me, but never answered them! This is really paying for a membership so you get a "network" of cleaning people you can contact....that is free everywhere else! I told the sales lady to stop I was not interested in continuing any further....and then received several more calls from managers asking me why I would not schedule my cleaning!!! Stop should mean stop, not keep bothering me several more times. They only made it worse as the calls continued.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do not do business with these people unless you want to be incessantly hounded multiple times a day! Even after I said I wasn’t interested, they continue to call all day long. They left me 12 voicemails in one day! They call every single day! They hook you with the “$19 cleaning” but it’s really a $59 per month membership plus an hourly fee, and there’s really no customization. I only wanted two rooms cleaned but they told me it’s basically all or nothing. I wish I never reached out to them.
