I found this company to be deceptive in pricing and overly aggressive. I literally felt harassed and like they were trying to take advantage of seniors by constantly calling one right after the other and messaging even after I said I was only researching and not ready for any commitment. Everything about this exchange felt suspicious.

As of right now I have only gotten paid half of my refund ($19). within the call of booking and paying I canceled and asked for a refund cuz they kept circling back to a monthly payment or a monthly service and talking in circles I told them I no longer wish to go through with this and ask for refund as this was stressing me out (The continuous circling) I will remove this if I'm paid my money back.
Pair were outstanding and had great attention to the small areas
This is a cleaning service, which is not what I was interested in. . They are very aggressive, with multiple people continuing to CALL me well after I told them I was not interested. They are either desperate for customers or on commission. I felt hounded by their calls and do not believe it should be allowed for contractors to call a potential client without the client first expressing interest. I am soured on Thumbtact from this experience.
They were very pushy to get me signed up, and the cleaner they send was mediocre at best. And now I cannot get to them to help me resolve the issue with the cleaner.
