So desperate for customers they spam your phone regardless of your responses. Gabriel called me 5 times in one day.

Great

This is a terrible company. They sent an absolutely clueless cleaner who was on his phone all the time and didn’t have a clue about cleaning and organizing. He was 4 hours late and was checking out the public bus service to get home. He didn’t have proper equipment and he also took my dust pan. He didn’t know how to sweep or mop and left my house in a mess with the filthy unwashed mop in pay pantry! I want to cancel my subscription.

Better communication

I would not recommend this company. They took my money, but no one showed up to do the job, and they are not answering my calls. This has happened more than once. Every time I schedule an appointment, their workers call me at the last minute and say they cannot come. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for a service and expected the job to be completed, but no one came and I could not get a response from them.

They have called me and text me at least 8 times in less than 24 hours. I told them by message to stop calling and I will respond when I am ready. They keep calling!
