I am trying to cancel and they will not respond. I just noticed their terrible reviews, and I had requested and paid extra for a highly rated cleaner for my daughter and they assigned someone who just started and that I could not contact. I want a reply and a refund of my enrollement fee!

Answer the phone. Provide a customer service number that someone actually talks to you. Start by telling the consumer the truth. Take away the employees ability to change your appt time to what is more convenient for them! They are not the customer!
