I had an appointment for a day then was told she had to go pick up her kid from her babysitter, that’s fine we rescheduled to the next day and after she was on her way according to the app i got completely ghosted. Ended up canceling the whole membership.
I found another cleaner and let them know this. But they still call me every single day with automated messages trying to get me to hire them. I’ve asked them to stop multiple times and they still will not stop calling.
