Pushy sales person who had such heavy accent, I had issues understanding the terms and conditions if the monthly membership. I told him on the initial call I was not interested and he continued to harass me, would not accept my “not interested” and has made a minimum of 7-8 calls continually.

Very disappointing experience. I booked and paid after being told a cleaner was available. I provided the details of what I needed and was relying on the confirmed appointment because I have guests coming over. After all of that, the cleaning was suddenly canceled. Now I’m left scrambling to find someone at the last minute. Taking a booking and payment when the service cannot actually be fulfilled is incredibly frustrating.
Actually show up!!! Stole my money
Stop harassing customers and focus on delivering services. They didn’t work with our timeline, but use them often. I communicated through three people. Now 13 different numbers have called me and texted.

Not harass people
Subscription based service model. Interesting but skeptical. Scheduled first clean for Thurs but instead, and without my knowledge, the appointment was booked with cleaner for Friday, without asking if that was convenient for us. After moving meetings around and confirming with the cleaner that Friday would work - it's 90 mins post appointment time and cleaner is a no show and with no contact/explanation.
