DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!! Very frustrating dealing with them. This is an agency, they are super efficient and proactive to get you to sign up for their membership but after … impossible to contact!!! I had signed up for 2 cleaners to clean my house. They are both individual cleaners signed up with Homeaglow. Only 1 showed up. The other Gabrielle was a no-show and would not answer my calls and neither did Homeaglow. Waste of my time .. and super super annoying

It’s scammish behavior. They offer a three hour free cleaning, but you have to sign up for a six month to a year membership and an early cancellation fee. It was a lot of information. And it was very misleading. I hung up on the guy before he even got to finish because I spent 30 minutes listening to them try to convince me to sign a year contract then they got it down to a six month contract and then they said if I canceled it would be like a $200 cancellation fee. No thanks. They need to make this clear on their page. It’s deceiving and misleading.
My experience as good.
We just had our first 3 hour cleaning and we are very disappointed. They didn't even clean the bathrooms. They didn't vacuum our entrance. Then when you complain they offer a 1.5 hour voucher on the next cleaning.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had read the reviews before booking them.. the cleaner never came to her appointment, she didn’t pick any of my calls, the company also doesn’t pick calls and yet when they wanted the business Pearl the manager kept calling after 2 minutes. I have been waiting for 5hrs, no call no nothing! I have tried all their phone numbers and ZERO response!!! Then let’s not begin with the fees they charge, there very cunning! There’s no $19 fee, but they will show you how membership will reduce your costs…Do not fall for it.. I’ve cancelled the membership even before I began.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buyer beware! Afew minutes later they email me saying no one confirmed and yet I have email proof and the manager herself said she’s on her way!!! Well ITS ALL A LIE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THEM.
