Cory Berthelot, owner of Homestead Upgrades, is a rare gem. He is both a conscientious problem solver and ethical. My repair problems were true sore spots in my life and Cory got that. He left me with repairs that were better than what I had when those things were new. How did he do that? Ladies: this gentleman does not have that ick factor. One of my repairs was in the bathroom (one way in/one way out), Cory never got between me and the exit — that is priceless! Call him, you will not have an excuse to have those things broken or uninstalled

Working with Cory was an outstanding experience. Cory was responsive, communicated well, his work was impeccable and absolutely reasonable. We are planning on using Cory and Homestead Upgrades in the near future for several other projects. I highly recommend!
Excellent craftsmanship, easy to work with, flexible, outstanding product for the money. I highly recommend him.
They arrived and got to work and made sure to ask questions. They completed the job efficiently and professionally. Upgrades to my bedroom were fantastic.
The price was reasonable and he worked very quickly. I would hire him again for other projects.
We recently had new gutters and gutter shields installed, and the entire experience was excellent. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The gutters look great, and the gutter shields give us peace of mind knowing we won't have to deal with clogged gutters as often. They cleaned up everything before leaving, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional gutter installation.
He is very professional and very knowledgeable about his business and his work ethic as well

Corey did an excellent job installing my ladder, he made sure everything was satisfactory before he Left
Cory's team was great. They responded promptly, arrived on time, and worked professionally. The team completed three tasks efficiently and with great precision. Everything was done perfectly and we will definitely contact Cory's team again for future repairs.
He came in and did all of my requests. No complaints. I have many small tasks that I need done and will definitely call on him again! Highly suggest him.
Efficient. Professional. Sharp. I can’t think of anything that I wouldn’t trust Cory to build, hang or upgrade for me in my home. Listening to him say numbers out loud-the concentration-and seeing him so easily put something together made me feel incompetent. Two thumbs up.
