Absolutely couldn’t say enough good things. They were on time, they loaded my stuff up very efficiently and carefully. Got it over to me new places and once again took great care of my stuff and got it unloaded. Nothing was damaged. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use them again

Took two pieces of furniture yesterday, decided that it was gonna be raining too much and left and it stopped raining five minutes later. Were supposed to come back today and have been giving me the runaround all day and now they lost my furniture and they're not coming all because I dared to get upset about it. I would not hire this company
Please reassemble things correctly and do not be dishonest about completing it correctly. As the customer, it was discovered after sitting on the furniture and realizing it was not sturdy and making noises. The lack of efficiency was apalling it, took 2 hours to disassemble 2 beds, one of which was just attached by hooks, so not really a disassemble. Took 7.5 hours for a 2 bedroom 2 mile move (1 stretch of road), that was fully packed and in a central area. Was not told before hand about all the things they do not transport like any liquids or plants. I ended the day with broken, dented, and items missing pieces that suffered multiple drops.
Beginning with Caleb the manager/scheduler he did not estimate our job properly. He sent 2 guys and said it would be 4 hours to move our 4 bed 3 bath house. It took 7 hrs and way over budget. I added a 3rd mover to expedite things. Here is the short version if why you should not hire this company: 1. Compete disregard for the care of our furniture. We had multiple pieces damaged and all we received was a check for $120.00 from their insurance. I saw Rashon, the laziest of the movers jump off the truck ramp and drop my solid cherry wood king headboard causing 2 gauges and several scratches, He never apologized. In fact he disappeared 1 hour after they unloaded and another guy told me Rashon had someplace else to be and he called an Uber to pick him up. Unbelievable! 2. The estimate was a lie. There should have been 3-4 guys loading and unloading and hustling. 3. The manager actually argued with me that his guys were working as hard as they could when we witnessed them working slowly and wasting time. All in all I cannot recommend this company for any moving projects. We were so stressed and disappointed to see our items mishandled so poorly.
The young men were sweet but I think some older guys would've taken better care of my stuff. I found broken glass vase, a tear in my mattress, my bench leg is broken and my grandmother's obituary was balled up. I just think the age makes them careless. I'm not pleased at all.
I would not use them again. Chipped a wall moving a couch, broke a desk leg off. I found a broken picture frame, cornhole board, and chipped end table all after the move was over.
They were about 15 minutes late which was ok. They were very friendly and worked quickly. They did break a lamp and a floor fan though. Waiting to see what will be done about it. They also tried to add a $50 fee for gas etc… which was never mention prior to the move. They said it was in the email they sent but when I started looking at the email they backed down and said I didn’t have to pay it. I gave them a tip but I may wish I hadn’t if I have to replace a lamp and a fan.
