Jordan and team were fast and prompt with their help. They were to fit me in for a last minute appointment. They were late for appointment, and even early and called with a heads up. The gave great assessment with my electrical issue and were great with talking with my home warranty, so I can submit a claim. I’m unsatisfied with my experience. Robert (a Bobby) left with part of my light figure, and never returned messages. He spent the entire time with one of the other techs on speaker phone cursing loudly. I paid to hear cursing and have an incomplete job. 0/10 would recommend.

I had a confirm appointment on the app on 4-30-24 @ 9am and I got a message saying he couldn't come until Thursday or Friday
He arrived on time and was very efficient. He did a great job at installing our flood lights that are very high up on our house
